What material do we use for our cashmere scarfs?

Here at Viva le Scarf, all our shawls are made from a classic and quality cashmere and acrylic blend. This ensures that they keep you warm in the colder weather while maintaining a soft texture, making them extremely comfortable to wear.

How large are the cashmere scarfs?

All our online cashmere shawl scarfs are a large triangle shape, with the dimensions of 140cmx140cmx190cm. They are made with these measurements specially to provide the flexibility to tie, drape, loop or wrap them as desired.

When will my order be shipped?

Viva le Scarf make a promise to all our customers that their order will arrive within 2 weeks of ordering, including worldwide addresses. We work very hard to reduce this shipping time as our customer service is extremely important to us.

Do you have a return policy?

We guarantee a 15-day return policy from delivery and we offer a full refund or exchange. We do ask that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Please make sure to return your items in the original packaging. The cost of return shipping is non-refundable.
